It’s November and many will start to think about Christmas. The reverse advent calendar has been running for a few years and is a great way for families, friends, colleagues, groups or individuals to share some festive spirit with others. The photo in this post is for information and can be followed as closely or loosely as you feel. Please bear in mind the following points:
* foodbanks cannot donate alcohol to clients
* when planning your calendar, you might want to decide whether you are making it into a donation for a single person or family or whether you would prefer the donations to be shared between as many people as possible
* Weston Foodbank’s last opening day before Christmas will be December 23rd but the earlier we receive the donations, the more opportunities we have to pass them on. It might be worth thinking about starting your calendar a week early to complete it around December 15th.
